So, what makes us any different from other Letting Agents?
NO FEES
The first thing to say is that we do NOT charge any Tenant Application Fees. Not a penny. OK?
You will not be asked to pay for making an application, references, drawing up a tenancy agreement or any other paperwork!
The only cost you might incur is the loss of your holding deposit if for any reason you decide not to go ahead with the tenancy...and that's normal anyway! And just in case you think the Holding Deposit is a 'charge', don't forget this will be deducted from your first months rent.
FIRST WEEK RENT FREE
Then there is another incentive for you: look out for '1st week rent FREE' notices. If you can move in within 7 days of paying your holding deposit, then we will knock off the first weeks rent for you.
RENT TO OWN
If you are working and earning a minimum of £20-30k per annum you might be eligible to apply for one of our Rent to Own properties where your rent counts towards your deposit; the purchase price is fixed for up to 10 years; and you can enjoy the benefit of your dream home NOW!
WE ACCEPT HOUSING BENEFIT
We understand the difficulties that many people are facing in the present economic climate and, subject to certain conditions, many of our Landlords will now accept tenants in receipt of Housing Allowance. Please ask for more information.
